What are the options on the carbon fiber pieces?
You can choose between Plain or Twill weave, matte or gloss finish and 3k, 6k or 12k filaments bundled per fiber thread. See below for an idea of the difference. If you would like to order a carbon fiber sample pack to see the differences up close for yourself, please contact us.

What is the difference between each of the carbon fiber options?
Honestly, there's no real major difference as far as weight or efficiency. The options exist mostly to match other carbon pieces that may already be installed in your car. After that, it's pure aesthetics and is a matter of personal taste.
How long does it take to get my order?
The carbon fiber pieces are built-to-order based on your specifications, so they take on average 6 weeks. Non carbon fiber pieces are usually kept in stock and ship within 48 hours, but you can check each individual product page for current stock levels.
What about shipping?
Items are carefully packed in a sturdy container and shipped via FedEx or USPS with tracking confirmation. Your order can be shipped direct to you, or to the auto shop of your choice. If shipping to an auto shop, we recommend that you put an "attn: Customer/Mechanic Name" line in the shipping address when you place your order to help your mechanic locate the part faster.
Is there another place where I can order ORE equipment?
ORE designs and engineers their own pieces from scratch, using original designs. British Racing Group is one of our major distributors along with the various group buys on Lotus Talk. ORE also works with other shops and retailers for special items or international orders.
Can ORE build something unique for my car even if it isn't already listed on the website?
Absolutely! Drop us a line and an in-house engineer will work with you to design something absolutely one-of-a-kind.
Can you recommend a place to get your parts installed on my car?
Sure! Our favorite local shop is Innovative Autoworks, but we can find someone skilled and professional in your neighborhood, if you need.
